You can fill the Air Suvidha quarantine form as soon as you have received the corona negative result.
I have received my covid result just before 3 hours of boarding. I have filled it.
How long does it take to fill the Air Suvidha self-declaration and quarantine exemption form?
It can take app. 10 to 15 mins to fill each form. So you need app. 30 minutes to fill these forms.
What happens when quarantine exemption was not approved online?
In most of the airport, there will be checking for the covid negative result and they will let you know about the quarantine. So don’t worry about the online approval.
What should I have to fill in the seat number while filling the form?
You can mention NA.
Can I take rapid test (schnell test) instead of RT-PCR?
Although it’s mentioned to take the RT-PCR test, the rapid test is also accepted in India. I have never read or heard from any travellers who had issues due to the rapid test.
Is it mandatory to have covid test while boarding?
As of now, there are no common rules to submit a covid negative certificate while boarding. However, people’s experience is different. So, it is always better to take the corona test before boarding.
What happens if I go to the airport without corona test? Will they allow me to board the aircraft?
In most of the cases, there are no issues. It also depends on the airlines and the airport. So, it is better to confirm with the airlines and also the origin and destination airports.
Before how many hours should I have to take COVID-19 test?
The test must be taken not more than 48 hours (time of swabbing) before the entry to India.
How is the quarantine rules in India?
There is an exception from the home or institutional quarantine in most of the states. Some states also have a home or institutional quarantine. Check it with the concern state government website.
Sould I take food with me for the flight travel?
Foods are provided in almost all the flights. So no need to worry.
Sould I take blanket or shawl with me for the flight travel?
Most of the airlines don’t provide blankets. So it is better to wear a warm dress or good to have a thin blanket/shawl.

You shoudl regiter on the website Digital Registration on Entry (Digitale Einreiseanmeldung).
What happens if I could not submit digitale Einreiseanmeldung?
You can download the form and fill it. You should it to the address which is mentioned in the form immediately after arriving in Germany.
How long doest it takes to register in digitale Einreiseanmeldung?
It takes app. 5 to 10 minutes if you have all the details with you. You can read the step by step procedure here.
Should I have to inform the health department or someone after arriving in Germany?
It is not mandatory to inform the health department or someone after arriving in Germany.
Is it necessary to send the covid negative report to public health office (Gesundheitsamt)?
No, it is not necessary unless they ask you to send.
Should I take food with me for the flight travel?
Foods are provided in almost all the flights. So no need to worry.

Yes. It is allowed to use to reach home.
Is there a possibility that someone on the public transport checks my covid result?
Yes. In that case, you should show the corona negative certificate.
How many days I have to be in quarantine?
All the international passengers should be on 10 days quarantine. However, the quarantine rules may differ based on the individual state. So check the particular state and city websites for exact details.

Is it mandatory to take corona test?
Yes. If you have been in a high incidence area or in a virus variant area, then it is mandatory to have covid negative result upon arrival.
No. It is not mandatory to have the result upon arrival for the travel from the risk area. It is necessary to submit within 48 hours after entry.
Is it mandatory to take second corona test.
It is not mandatory unless you get the information from official person to do the second test.

The information are published on the website of the Robert Koch Institute.
